Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company as an Administrator, supporting the Operational Team in the planning of the day to day delivery of Service Processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with Sub-Contractors on planning and scheduling of jobs
- Raising PO’s for sub-contractors
- Chasing contractors regarding planned visits
- Updating dates and notes in the in-house system
- Chasing for paperwork to be completed on time and accurately
- Sending invoices to confirm jobs have been completed
- Closing completed jobs down in the system
- Re-arranging incomplete jobs
- Speaking to contractors and clients relating to jobs
Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills are essential
- Excellent time keeping and attendance record
- Strong work ethics
- High competency level of computer and software skills including excel
- Methodical approach to work
- Team player, with the ability to fit into a small team easily
