A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a friendly and professional team based in Blackpool. As an Administrator, you will provide Administrative support across the team using excellent attention to detail, managing multiple tasks utilising your excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Administrative duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Monitor all group email in-boxes and liaise with colleagues to resolve queries.
- Provide cover for any other member of the team.
- Learn and adhere to departmental procedures with the support of the team.
- Provide administrative support for clients and executives undertaking corporate event transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Aptitude for numbers
