​Permanent office based

Monday-Friday 8.30-4.30 or 9-5.30

1 Saturday morning every other week 9-12 (paid ad overtime)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a family run business to provide administration support to a team of Claims Handlers. You will provide full assistance to the claims department with administrative tasks, whilst providing a high level of service to all customers.

Responsibilities

•Managing and allocating all incoming emails

•Inbound calls, directing them to the relevant handler

•Day to day administration tasks – typing, scanning, filing, copying

•Data input

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

•Previous experience in a phone and email based customer service role

•Accurate with an excellent attention to detail

•A true people person and can communicate effectively with people at all levels

•A passion for customer service and providing the best possible experience for your customers

•Able to prioritise your workload

•Can work to a fast pace when required
