Group Finance Accounts Administrator
Salary: £17 per hour
3 – 6 months contract
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid working)
The Company
This company is a leading Residential Development business in the UK. They are looking for a Group Finance Accounts Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to support systems integration. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established company in the industry.
The Role
This is a temporary role to support systems integration. As the Group Finance Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for transferring data, using a combination of bulk upload and manual data entry methods, safeguarding the accuracy of master data to achieve a “gold standard” master data file of Group suppliers and sub-contractors. You will perform robust checks of submitted data, to ensure all approval signoffs and verification checks have been performed and challenge data where appropriate. You will share and manage workload by working closely and in a supportive manner with team colleagues and always safeguard the accuracy and validity of data. You will deliver efficient, streamlined processes that achieve accurate input of subcontract insurances and schemes whilst ensuring the Group’s policies are adhered to without exception. You will perform process controls which ensure all accounts administration data entry is completed within deadlines, is accurate and complete. You will provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required and provide BAU cover as necessary for sickness and holiday. Key Responsibilities of the Group Finance Accounts Administrator:

Required knowledge and experience for the Group Finance Accounts Administrator role:
- A motivational team player, who can work with others to achieve the best results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Numerate, with excellent organisation and administration skills, and attention to detail.
- IT literate, with a sound working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Self-disciplined with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities. Agile and able to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
