After Graduating in 2006 Neil commenced a career within the Police before moving into Finance Recruitment in 2011. He initially spent 7 years in a Finance Recruitment  specialist Agency  covering all finance levels from Finance Director down to Purchase ledger Clerk specifically within the Lancashire and Greater Manchester region.  Neil Joined Merje in 2018.

Neil has significant experience partnering with SME’s, Start-up businesses looking for their first appointment within Finance, large International PLC’s as well as niche independent businesses across multiple sectors, from Manufacturing and Engineering through to Retail and Service.

Neil provides solutions on both Permanent, Contract and Temporary Finance roles within Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
