Melissa joined MERJE as a Resourcer to strengthen the already impressively successful Front-Line Talent team. She brings with her plenty of expertise within retail, sales and account management from her 12-year career with a leading retailer and her recent 360 Recruitment Consultant role where she established a commercial temp desk in the care sector. She has a fantastic customer focus and adds real value to the MERJE team.

Melissa supports the Front-Line Talent and Insurance & Claims teams in sourcing stand-out professionals across the UK, from entry- up to team manager-level roles within Customer Service, Collections, Sales and more. She focuses on building trusted, long-lasting relationships with candidates.
