Benn started his recruitment career in 1999 and went on to launch one of the UK’s first risk specialist recruitment businesses in 2003, focused purely on the emerging demands Basel II was then creating for his financial services clients. He brings over 18 years risk recruitment experience to MERJE and leads our risk talent proposition for London and the South East.
Benn is well known for delivering leading talent identification and acquisition solutions to some of the world’s leading financial institutions. He has an enviable network within the risk market and is passionate about the continued development of risk management within the financial services sector.
When not talking about controls, frameworks and policies, Benn enjoys spending as much time with his wife and daughter as possible. He has a huge passion for all things aviation/flight related, he is a petrol head, and a self-confessed tech & gadget nerd!
