Customer Contact Recruitment at MERJE

We have seen our Customer Contact team evolve over the last few months so we thought we would give an update on the recruitment services that we provide for our Candidates and Clients in the Contact and Call Centre industry.

MERJE Front-Line Talent

In April, MERJE welcomed Sally Cordwell to the team and launched a new service aimed at finding entry-level and junior management staff for Contact Centre teams nationally. We have since added Peter Smith to the MERJE Front-Line Talent team, assisting Sally with finding suitable Candidates to fill permanent and contract Contact Centre roles, such as Call Centre Agents, Customer Service Advisors, Quality Analysts, Resource Planners and Team Leaders.

Travel, Leisure and Gaming recruitment

In addition to his existing focus on Outsourcing and Consultancy roles, Alex Kelly will now be also be recruiting within the Travel, Leisure and Gaming sectors. Alex has a national scope and works on permanent and contract at roles. He is keen to hear from new and existing Clients in these sectors about their recruitment needs.

Retail sector recruitment

Darragh Lee has added the Retail sector to his existing responsibilities of recruiting senior permanent and contract roles in Utilities and Telecommunications. Darragh is looking to partner with retail organisations across the UK to fulfil their recruitment requirements.
