The Role
We are looking for a Resourcer to join our London office. The role will include the following responsibilities:
Identifying and communicating with Candidates to fill permanent and interim vacancies
Working alongside a team of specialist Consultants to provide support and new ideas for approaching the market
Working on technical roles within specific sectors
Screening candidates across a wide variety of roles at varying levels
Resourcing for Candidates using a number of different methods and channels, including MERJE’s professional network and social platforms
Use innovative methods to find candidates
Market Mapping
Organising meetings and interviews
Meeting potential Clients and Candidates
Identifying and assisting with Business Development opportunities
About you
Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
Confident in talking to all level of candidate
Good organisational skills
Ability to pick up the technicality of roles quickly and to convey that knowledge to candidates
Flexible approach to responsibilities
The ability to learn and adapt to different environments quickly and efficiently
Dedicated, hardworking and self-motivated individual
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
