The Role

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our London office. The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Formatting CVs

  • Call management/directing

  • Coordinating deliveries and meetings

  • Greeting candidates and clients

  • Advertising jobs

  • Updating central database and spreadsheets

  • Ordering supplies and stationary for the office

  • Diary management

  • Organising social events

  • Organising training sessions

  • General ad hoc duties

  • Good organisational skills

  • Flexible approach to responsibilities
